Are we ready for self-regulating systems?

The theme of 2026 year’s Digital Hub, "How to Lead Autonomous Systems?", is becoming more and more a part of our everyday lives – from production and supply chains to office work and data economy. Technological tools are taking on more and more everyday decisions and activities.

It’s about much more than just automation:

  • Are we ready for an environment where autonomous everything is the new normal?

  • How will our work, management, and business and service models adapt to change?

  • What role will humans play – what skills do we need and how do we prepare?

  • How to design an organization that functions efficiently in the era of self-managing systems?

The focus is on self-managing systems, their impact and adaptation:

  • OPERATING MODELS: How will the management and business models of companies change if the systems are able to make their own decisions and manage processes?

  • WORK (ORGANISATION): What skills and roles will people have to shoulder and how to prepare for substantive changes in the workplace?

  • TECHNOLOGIES: What solutions are already in use and what developments can be expected in the coming years for autonomous systems to create real value.
