The Customer Data & Relations team are looking for a full-stack developer to join us!

Our Customer Data & Relations team is responsible for various back-end applications that are critical for Telia Estonia, and we’re looking for a full-stack developer who’s not afraid to get into the thick of it, up close and personal. If you like engaging people, asking “Why?” questions, building strong relations inside the team as well as cross-functionally and likes coaching, this position is for you!

Your responsibilities:

• The CRM ecosystem at Telia Estonia, consisting of several custom-built java solutions integrated with core OSS/BSS applications, and SSO
• Finding the best possible solutions to business problems including observing business activities technically and discussing expectations and solutions
• Supporting development and colleagues with best practices

Is this you?

Since you are going to be working closely together with many different people you need to have good communication, guidance, and support skills and be a true team player. You have a broad horizon of the world of technologies, frameworks, programming languages, and platforms. You possess a curious mind and willingness to step outside your comfort zone and are eager to learn new things. Estonian is our common language; therefore, your Estonian must be fluent in both spoken and written.

Your experience:

• Very good knowledge of Java, PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka
• Understanding of Clean code principles and Clean architecture
• Understanding Agile software principles, and experience with Scrum

Good to have:

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with distributed systems, and event-based/event-driven architecture
• Experience working with JavaScript/Typescript, React
• Willingness to be present at the office a couple of times a week
